Studio DEMO

Studio DEMO is a broadcast hub run in partnership with independent art publisher Montez Press Radio, inviting our NEW INC alumni and creative community for a series of live talks, demonstrations, couch conversations, panel discussions, DJ sets, performances, and more.

In this session, Brooklyn Arts Council Executive Director Rasu Jilani joins NEW INC alumni Geneva White, co-founder of creative talent agency Scope of Work, who represents young BIPOC talent in media. The two will discuss creating onramps for emerging Black and Brown people to enter into competitive creative industries and the opportunities for our local creative economy.

Studio DEMO sessions do not require tickets and seating is on a first come, first served basis.
