As a celebrity makeup artist, Marcelo Gutierrez has perfected the looks of Madonna, Dua Lipa, Joan Smalls, and Paloma Elsesser, to name a few of his star clients. In this Studio DEMO talk, Gutierrez will be in conversation with Lynette Nylander, Executive Digital Director of Harper’s Bazaar, to discuss the way that building an image is its own kind of architecture. He’ll also touch on his new book, Nothing Precious, a bold photographic exploration of his creative collaborations over the past decade.
