Aurora Mititelu is an artist working with computer images, AI, and physical installations to examine how computational media constructs contemporary reality. Growing up in post-socialist Romania during the influx of Western digital culture, her practice emerges from a critical interest in how media technologies shape perception, identity, and autonomy.

She is currently a member of NEW INC Y12 Art & Code and the coordinator of the AI, Code & Art Summer Institute at UCLA Social Software– a research lab focused on critical approaches to software and society. She holds an MFA in Media Arts from UCLA and is a Fulbright grantee. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including a commission from Google DeepMind and exhibitions at the House of Arts Brno and Saasfee Pavilion Frankfurt.
